Definitions and scope

These Bonus Terms govern Spinado promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise. A bonus is a promotional credit added to a Bonus Balance separate from the Cash Balance and is subject to wagering, time limits, and other conditions described in these Terms and in the applicable offer details.

Eligibility and account requirements

Only one account per person is permitted. Promotions are limited per household, per email address, per telephone number, per payment method and per IP address. Spinado may require identity verification and may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of multiple registrations or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to sharing devices or using disposable contact details.

Promotions and offers

Participation in any Spinado promotion is conditional on acceptance of these Terms and the specific offer terms. Spinado reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion. Offers are non-transferable and are typically delivered through the promotions page or via user notifications; opting in and meeting stated requirements may be necessary.

General deposit bonuses

To claim a deposit bonus, a minimum deposit is required as specified in the offer. As a baseline, the welcome deposit bonus requires a minimum deposit of 2,000 units of the account currency or equivalent in another currency. Other deposit bonuses may specify different minimums. Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal may be made.

No deposit bonuses and free spins

No deposit bonuses are subject to wagering and may be capped. A typical maximum win from no deposit free spins may be limited (for example to a defined cap). Free spins are valid for a defined period as announced with the offer. Any winnings from free spins are credited to the Bonus Balance and remain subject to wagering requirements.

Wagering requirements and game contributions

Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds unless otherwise stated in the offer terms. The standard wagering requirement is 45 times the bonus amount; some offers may specify 40x, 50x or 90x. The following contribution rates generally apply unless the promo terms specify otherwise: Slots 100% (with exceptions such as certain slot variations), Roulette 5%, Scratch 25%, Live Casino 0%, Poker and Videopoker 5%, and Other Games 5%. Some game types may be non‑contributory toward wagering; the precise contributions are stated in the offer terms and the promotional conditions.

Excluded games

Spinado may publish a list of titles that are excluded from wagering with bonus funds. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements. The promotional terms provide the current excluded list and are updated from time to time.

Balance interaction and withdrawals

When placing a bet, funds are drawn from the Cash Balance first; if cash funds are insufficient, bets are drawn from the Bonus Balance. Withdrawals of deposited funds may be requested prior to meeting wagering requirements; however, any bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds may be forfeited. Withdrawal of bonus funds generally requires satisfying the wagering requirements first or forfeiting the bonus and related winnings.

Expiry and forfeiture

Bonuses have a defined validity period from the date of credit. If the wagering requirements are not satisfied within the period or the offer otherwise expires, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.

Promotional abuse and compliance

Promotional abuse includes, but is not limited to, multi‑accounting, collusion, use of proxies or VPNs, device sharing, or exploiting systems or bugs to gain an advantage. Spinado reserves the right to revoke bonuses, confiscate winnings, suspend accounts and/or pursue additional remedies where abuse is suspected or detected. Spinado may audit accounts and require documentation to verify eligibility and activity.

Promo codes and eligibility

Promo codes must be valid and applicable to the user. If a user redeems an ineligible code or the promotion is not available, Spinado reserves the right to deny or withdraw any associated bonus.

Cashback and VIP considerations

Cashback promotions are subject to eligibility criteria based on VIP status and loss history. Cashback amounts vary by VIP level and are capped per period. Cashback is credited to the Bonus Balance and remains subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. The overall cashback cap and eligibility thresholds are published in the offer terms and may be updated from time to time.

Identity, privacy and responsible gaming

Spinado may request documentation to verify identity or address prior to crediting any bonus, free spins or offer. Personal data handling complies with applicable privacy laws and Spinado’s privacy policy. Players are expected to comply with responsible gaming practices and may be subject to self‑exclusion or other limits as imposed by Spinado.

Change of terms and governing law

Spinado reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate bonus terms at any time. The Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Spinado’s operations, and disputes are resolved under the dispute resolution framework described in the general Terms of Use.
