Self-exclusion Policy
Scope and Purpose
Spinado adopts this Self Exclusion Policy to provide a formal mechanism for players to pause or terminate gambling activity for a defined period and to ensure compliance with applicable gaming regulation. This policy covers Spinado accounts and any other accounts associated with the same personal identifiers as described in the Linked Accounts section.
Definitions
- Self Exclusion a binding action initiated by a player to disable access to all Spinado products for a defined period, preventing login and gambling activity.
- Time-Out a short term break from play with predefined durations, during which deposits, withdrawals and play are restricted.
- Linked Accounts accounts that are connected to a single person by identifiers such as household, shared devices, email addresses, payment addresses, IP addresses, or other environments where devices are shared. Actions taken on one account apply to all linked accounts as described herein.
Initiating Self Exclusion
Players may initiate self exclusion through the following channels:
- Profile Based Self Exclusion In your Spinado account, access the Self Exclusion option within the profile settings, select a period of six months, nine months, or twelve months, confirm the choice, and the self exclusion will take effect immediately for the selected period.
- Support Channel Send a request by email to support Spinado with the subject Self Exclusion and include your account identifier and desired period. Spinado will respond with confirmation and enforce the exclusion across all linked accounts.
Once activated, the self exclusion period cannot be shortened and the player will be unable to log in or engage in any gambling activity for the duration chosen. Promotional offers will be suspended for the period of exclusion.
Duration and Activation
The standard self exclusion durations available are six months, nine months, and twelve months. Activation is immediate upon processing of the request. Upon expiry, accounts will automatically reactivate unless a new self exclusion request is submitted prior to expiry in accordance with this policy.
Scope and Effects
During a self exclusion period, Spinado will:
- Block access to all Spinado products and services for the excluded period.
- Prevent any deposits or withdrawals by the excluded user during the period of self exclusion.
- Discontinue any promotional communications directed to the excluded accounts.
- Apply linked account restrictions as described in the Linked Accounts section, including accounts sharing the same device, environment, email, or payment details.
Linked accounts will be impacted to prevent circumvention of the exclusion. The company reserves the right to implement additional technical measures to enforce linkage across affiliates and related services.
Revocation and Modifications
Requests to revoke an active self exclusion may be considered only following a written or electronic notice. Spinado retains absolute discretion to deny revocation. If revocation is granted, reactivation of access will occur in accordance with Spinado internal processes and may require verification steps.
Financial Safeguards and Limits
Players may establish spending limits within the My Account area. If a player exceeds any self imposed limit, further gambling actions related to that limit may be restricted. Revisions to limits or exclusions require a written or electronic notice as described above. Spinado will take reasonable steps to ensure that exclusion and limit measures are observed and that promotional materials are not sent to excluded players.
Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data collected for the purposes of enforcing self exclusion will be processed in accordance with Spinado privacy practices. Data may be shared with payment processors and other necessary parties strictly to enforce the exclusion and comply with regulatory requirements.

Spinado recommends players seeking help or information about gambling related issues to contact the support team or refer to recognized independent support services. For immediate assistance, contact Spinado customer support via the account channels available to you, and use the Self Exclusion mechanism to initiate a longer term break if required.
Governing Law and Compliance
Spinado operates in compliance with applicable gaming laws and regulatory requirements. This policy is in addition to Spinado Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or operational needs. Any updates will become effective upon publication on the Spinado platform.
