Spinado offers a legally compliant affiliate program designed to promote its online gambling platform. This program outlines eligibility, commission terms, payout mechanics, tracking, marketing resources, and the duties of both Spinado and the Affiliate.

Eligibility and Compliance

Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and operate in jurisdictions permitted by Spinado. Affiliates agree to comply with applicable gambling and advertising laws, Spinado’s AML policy, and data protection requirements. Spinado may require KYC documentation for verification. Promotions must be truthful, not target underage audiences, and must not solicit players in restricted regions. Violations may result in termination of the partnership and forfeiture of entitlements.

Commission Model

Spinado employs a tiered revenue share model evaluated on a calendar-month basis. Revenue share applies to net revenue generated by players referred by the Affiliate. Net revenue means gross revenue from referred players minus player winnings, refunds, and any bonuses paid to those players, calculated in accordance with Spinado’s standard accounting methods.

• Bronze: 25% for net revenue up to €5,000 in a calendar month
• Silver: 30% for net revenue from €5,001 to €10,000 in a calendar month
• Gold: 35% for net revenue from €10,001 to €20,000 in a calendar month
• VIP: 40% for net revenue above €20,001 in a calendar month

There is no negative carryover between calendar months. Revenue share is earned and calculated monthly based on the previous month’s net revenue and is paid according to the payout terms.

Payouts and Financial Terms

Payouts are issued on or before the 15th day of the month following the month in which revenue was earned. The minimum payout threshold is €100. Eligible payout methods include bank transfer, electronic wallet transfers, and cryptocurrency transfers, as selected by the Affiliate. Spinado reserves the right to suspend or adjust payments in cases of non-compliance, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or duties arising from payments in their jurisdiction.

Tracking and Reporting

Affiliates receive access to a real-time dashboard that shows clicks, sign-ups, deposits, and net revenue. Data is updated hourly and retained for a minimum of 12 months. Spinado provides monthly performance summaries and can supply ad-hoc analytics upon written request.

Marketing Resources and Compliance

Affiliates are supplied with approved promotional assets, including tracking links, banners, and copy. All promotional activity must comply with Spinado’s brand guidelines, applicable laws, and responsible gaming standards. Affiliates must not engage in misleading promotions, misrepresentation of Spinado’s products, or advertising in jurisdictions prohibited by Spinado.

Data Protection and Privacy

Spinado processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Affiliates must implement reasonable safeguards to protect data and may be subject to audits to verify compliance with these Terms and Spinado’s privacy standards.

Terms of Cooperation and Termination

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Spinado and the Affiliate. Spinado may amend Terms with 30 days’ notice. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Pending commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in accordance with the standard payout cycle, subject to compliance checks and minimum payout requirements.

Confidentiality

All non-public information exchanged under this program is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with written consent from Spinado.
