Eligibility

You may participate only if you are at least 18 years old and of legal age in the jurisdiction where you access Spinado. If you are excluded or prohibited from online gaming by virtue of law, Spinado will not permit your registration or participation. Employees, officers, directors, consultants or agents of Spinado or its group companies are not eligible to register or participate. Spinado may require proof of age and eligibility at any time.

Account Registration

To open an Account for real money, you must complete the online registration form with truthful, complete and current information. The name on your registration must match the name on the funding source. You may hold only one Account; Spinado may refuse to open an Account or close an existing one for any reason. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account and must promptly update information if it changes.

Identity Verification and Security

Spinado may perform identity verification during registration and thereafter. Accounts may be suspended or closed for false or misleading information or if fraud is suspected. You must keep your username and password secure; Spinado is not liable for losses arising from disclosure of credentials to third parties. If you forget or lose credentials, contact Spinado for a replacement. Spinado may request documents to verify identity or source of funds and may withhold or freeze funds pending verification.

Duplicate Accounts and Prohibited Use

You must not hold or operate more than one Account. Spinado may close duplicate Accounts and void bonuses, free bets and winnings obtained through duplicates. Spinado may reclaim funds across Accounts or allow use of a duplicate Account in limited circumstances as determined by Spinado.

Funding Your Account

Deposits and withdrawals are conducted through approved Electronic Service Providers. Funds must be deposited from a payment source in your name. Spinado may impose deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly) and may charge fees for certain methods. Funds and currencies are processed in EUR unless otherwise stated. You authorize Spinado to instruct Electronic Service Providers to handle deposits and withdrawals on your behalf and to accept and apply the terms of use of these Providers. Funds deposited are not subject to interest.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are permitted after funds have been wagered in accordance with Spinado’s wagering requirements. Withdrawals are typically processed within a reasonable time after verification is complete, subject to security reviews and AML checks. Withdrawals are to be made using the same method as the deposit unless Spinado approves an alternative. A processing fee (where applicable) and any bank charges are your responsibility. Wagered funds must equal or exceed the amount withdrawn (1:1 ratio for deposits); winnings from bonus funds may be subject to additional restrictions or caps (e.g., a cap on winnings without a corresponding deposit).

Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers are governed by specific terms published with each offer. Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements, time limits and maximum bet restrictions while the bonus is active. For example, while a casino bonus is active, the maximum bet on a spin may not exceed 5 EUR (or currency equivalent) or 15% of the total bonus amount, whichever is lower. Unused bonuses may expire after the stated period, and Spinado reserves the right to withdraw or invalidate bonuses and related winnings if terms are breached.

Responsible Gaming

Spinado supports Responsible Gaming measures, including Time-Out and Self-Exclusion options and deposit limits. Account holders may set limits on deposits or exclude themselves for a defined period. Spinado may restrict or close an Account if gambling activity indicates financial or personal risk. For assistance, consult the Responsible Gaming resources on the Site.

AML/KYC and Data Protection

Spinado collects and processes personal data to operate the Service, verify identity, assess risk and comply with legal obligations. Personal data may be shared with Electronic Service Providers and as required by law. Spinado maintains appropriate security measures and retains data for as long as necessary for regulatory and commercial purposes. You have rights to access and rectify your data in accordance with applicable law; the Spinado Privacy Policy contains full details.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Spinado’s licensed operations. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved by the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Spinado holds its license, or by arbitration if applicable under the licensing regime.

Changes to Terms

Spinado may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on the Site. Modifications take effect on posting and apply to all existing and future use. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Spinado may provide notices of material changes by alternative lawful means where required.

Miscellaneous

Severability, waiver, and assignment are governed by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms confers rights on any third party. Spinado’s failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. Spinado may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms as permitted by applicable law. Force majeure may excuse performance for the duration of the event beyond Spinado’s reasonable control.

For questions, claims or assistance, contact Spinado’s customer support through the official channels listed on the Site. Support responses and service levels are published in the Support section of the Site.
