Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

Spinado offers self-exclusion across applicable products. You may initiate self-exclusion for a defined period: 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently. When you submit a self-exclusion request, you are placed in a 24-hour cooling-off period during which you will not be permitted to engage in the restricted activity. After the cooldown, you will be notified to extend the exclusion period via your account dashboard. If you do not extend within 24 hours of notification, the exclusion becomes inactive and normal access may resume. During self-exclusion, existing balances may remain under withdrawal processes subject to verification; you may request withdrawal in accordance with our standard withdrawal policy by contacting Support.

Cross-Operator Self-Exclusion and Marketing

If you choose self-exclusion, Spinado strongly recommends seeking exclusion from other operators where you hold accounts. You may also adopt website-blocking tools or software to reduce access to gambling sites. We also commit to removing you from our marketing databases upon self-exclusion; you will continue to receive necessary service communications related to your account and regulatory notices as required by law.

Limits and Time Management Tools

Spinado provides controls to help you manage spending and time:

  • Deposit limits: set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Once a limit is reached, further deposits in the period are blocked.
  • Wager limits: set the maximum amount you will wager within a period; if reached, you cannot place further bets in that period.
  • Loss limits: set the maximum net loss in a period. The loss limit is calculated on net losses, including any bonuses or promotions awarded.
  • Time tracking and session reminders: optional tools to help you limit time spent on Spinado.

All limits may be configured independently and may operate simultaneously. You may adjust or remove limits at any time via your account dashboard. When a limit is reached, Spinado will prevent further gambling until the applicable period ends.

Privacy, Data Handling, and Marketing

Upon self-exclusion, Spinado will cease marketing communications to the excluded user and remove the user from marketing databases, subject to legal and regulatory requirements. You may contact Spinado Support to request data access, correction, or deletion in accordance with applicable data protection law.
